The house is perfectly situated for 15 different activities within a 30 minute drive (The Canolfan Tryweryn Rafting centre is 10 minutes drive). Bala Lake is a 15 minute walk away, the beach at Barmouth is 45 minutes drive and Mount Snowdon is 75 minutes away.
